ship Australia wide. The shipping fee is
automatically calculated when making a payment. Deliveries are
received within 5 - 10 business working days depending on your
geographic location. This will depend if the item is in stock at the time of the order.
The Shipping and Handling fees are:
A flat rate of $8.30 per order for Australian
addresses, no matter how many products you purchase. A flat rate of $25.00
for New Zealand addresses
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 (for Australian destinations only)

Payment
Our methods of payment are Worldpay (Visa, Mastercard) and
Paypal. Alternatively, cheque orders will be accepted. Please note,
orders will not be processed until cheques are cleared (personal cheques take up
to 7 working days, whereas Bank cheques take 1-2 working days).Cheque orders require: a print out of the item you wish to purchase with measurement details (if required); Billing & Shipping details, as well as an email and/or contact phone number. Make cheques out

Pricing
The price that appears on this web site are quoted in Australian

liability for the accuracy of any such price as it applies to any particular
purchase.
Risk
TherapyAndRelief.com will retain title to the products you order
until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the
products will pass to you on dispatch from the distribution center. You are
responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any
governmental agency.
Exclusion of Negligence
TherapyAndRelief.com is not liable to the buyer
in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:
(a) the performance of the product; (b) any fact, matter or thing relating to

Colour Information
While TherapyAndRelief.com has endeavoured to display
accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on
your monitor and may not be accurate. Governing Law The governing law shall be
the law of the State of New South Wales and the parties submit to the
jurisdiction of that State.
Exchanges
Please advise customer service with regards to exchanging products. There is a 30 day time limit on exchanging, and all packaging must be returned with the product.
Please note: The customer is to pay for Postage costs for the replacement items, as well as for the goods that are to be sent back. Alternatively, the customer can send us a pre-paid post satchel for the replacement item.
Refunds
Refunds will be given at the
discretion of the Company Management
Please note: Shipping costs will not be credited unless the goods have been sent in error.
