The Thermoskin reusable Hot/Cold Packs gives you drug-free pain relief in a convenient form. Thermoskin Cold packs are a most common and important method of treating acute soft tissue injuries. It aims to minimize the bleeding and the swelling. Thermoskin Hot packs provides pain relief, makes muscles and tendons more elastic, while decreasing joint stiffness.
The Small Thermoskin Hot/Cold pack have adjustable straps for ease of use and a cloth cover for user convenience. The non-toxic gel in Thermoskin Cold/Hot Packs chills in the freezer, heats in the microwave, and can be used over and over again as either a hot or cold pack.
Best use for:
Cold - to help relieve pain and reduce swelling of sprains, muscle aches, headaches, scalds, insect bites and nose bleeds.
Hot - to help relieve the pain of arthritis, period
pain, muscle fatigue and stimulate blood flow for rehabilitation of soft tissue
injuries.
Warming instructions
Place the whole small Gel pack, complete with cover, into the microwave and heat for 1 minute on high. Check the temperature of the pack. For further heat, top up in 10-15 second intervals, testing each time. Apply to the affected area. Note:– Do not exceed periods of 2 minutes at a time in the microwave as it may damage your Gel pack.
Cooling instructions
Place the small Gel pack, without the cover, in the freezer for 2 hours minimum. Place in cover and apply to the affected area. Note:– Do not use if you have blood circulation problems.
